What matters to you about your healthcare? – Children and young people survey

During January and February, Wolverhampton Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is asking children and young people, aged 11 – 25, “What matters to you about your healthcare?”WM6

Staff from the CCG will be visiting local colleges, universities and other venues to speak to children and young people to get their views.

This is your opportunity to have your say on healthcare services in Wolverhampton and help the CCG to improve services in the future.

The survey will only take a few minutes to complete and all responses will be anonymous.
