Accessibility for all

At Wolverhampton CCG we support the standard of sharing information by acknowledging that not everybody has the same ability to read, write and understand publications in the same format. Some of our current public facing information incorporates a standard line that gives people the opportunity to access information, and if required they can make a request for information in a different language or format, our accessibility information reads:

If you require a document in an alternative version such as easy to read, large print, braille, audiotape or help in understanding it in your community language, please contact our communications team by calling 0121 611 0611 or emailing:

Going forward we are looking to embed this standard in all of our public facing documents and on our website which will incorporate functions such as 'Browsealoud' and 'Google Translate' to further improve accessibility to information online.
